I am a native Floridian and resident of Seminole Heights. I married my high school sweetheart, Nick LaColla, and we have 2 awesome kids, Jaxon and Jude. I started dancing when I was 3 years old and have been dancing ever since. I have a passion for performing, teaching, choreography, and music. I taught dance part-time while working a full time job for over 20 years. I worked with kids, teens, adults, and seniors. From traditional dance classes to audition routines and flash mobs. I loved it all! In 2007, I fell in love with fitness after my son, Jude, was born. I decided to take my love for dance and combine it with my knowledge of fitness to create my own fun, high energy dance fitness workout. I obtained my AFAA Primary Group Ex Fitness Certification and began teaching not only dance fitness but also a variety of group fitness classes. I have been teaching my group and dance fitness classes for over 10 years. Dancing and teaching others has brought so much joy to my life. I decided that I wanted to open my own studio in my community. Not just a typical dance studio but a place where people would feel great when they walked in and awesome after taking a class. So, I took a leap of faith and I left my corporate job after 17 years to follow my dream. After, 8 months of hard work and perseverance, turning a once laundromat into a dance studio, LVL UP Dance + Fitness studio is finally open! LVL UP is for everybody and every level. All are welcome! LVL UP is not just a name, it's our motto! LVL UP Everything in your life!

She was trained in the styles of ballet, pointe, contemporary, lyrical, hip hop and jazz. While dancing at the studio she grew up in, she was an assistant teacher for a ballet and jazz class. She then learned what her passion is in life, which is choreography. Brooke then received her Bachelors of Science in Advertising, from USF. Within her experience, she was a marketing intern for the USF School of Theatre and Dance Program. She was able to express herself and learn more about the dance world at the professional level.
