Come out for a fun interactive partner/acro yoga experience. Bring your boyfriend, girlfriend husband, wife, friend, or even your neighbor. We begin the class by exploring yoga postures with our partners and focusing on correct alignment. Then, we will dive into acro yoga poses learning how to transfer weight to balance as one . Lastly, we will learn how to give each other some self care with thai massage and end the class with Savasana. This class welcomes any age or level.
